就在他们终于找到犯罪组织首脑张明俊（陈善圭饰）的藏身之处时，来自美国的FBI探员杰克（丹尼尔．海尼饰）突然出现在他们面前……！依旧令人辛酸的韩国刑警；一样杰出的朝鲜刑警；来自FBI的美国刑警，因各自的目的而团结一心的他们，将展开刺激的共同搜查行动！
