在杀人案现场发现了被害者与嫌犯的遗体，然而嫌犯早已在3个月前死亡，这令警方陷入混乱。另一方面，追查悬疑事件的记者林珍熙（严志媛饰）在广播节目中，接到自称是杀人案真凶的电话，对方表示想在直播中接受专访。警方与网友们都十分关注林珍熙记者的直播节目，专访当天现身的嫌犯预告苏醒的尸体“在此矣”，将再犯下3起杀人案……预告杀人的那天，出现了庞大的“在此矣”活死人军团，开始无差别攻击民众，警方出动所有警力也束手无策，究竟操控这些活尸的幕后主使者是谁？阻止他们唯一的“谤法”即将到来！
